As AHNM was struggling to sustain momentum in a cluttered market having dozens of options, the online presence of Apollo Hospitals was fleeting and in-effective. To overcome this, they approached RDX to help them achieve the following objectives:

What did we do?
Evaluated each area of the realm.
Aggressive auditing across all platforms.
Incubated hygiene clean up and fixed the must-haves to improve searchability, discoverability and to drive traffic

Preeti has proven successful in roles that demand ingenious thinking and decision-making which redefines entrepreneurship. Her instinct for great digital content works hand in glove with her passion for brand building and affinity for a strategy to create campaigns that stand tall and deliver.
A post-graduate in Psychology, with specialization in Human Resources and Organization Behaviour, Preeti leads the charge in developing the high-level strategy at RDX while always adding her personal touch to every client that enters our portfolio. Her zeal for perfection and penchant for quality means that no project can escape her prying eyes. At the same time, she is a true people leader, bringing out the best from every team member.
A die-hard Roger Federer fan, the few times when Preeti has played truant at work is to see her idol play unmissable tennis. Away from the office schedule, you can find her spending time with her husband, daughter, and dog, watching the latest release on Netflix, exercising at the gym and swimming.
An alumnus of IIT Roorkee and IIM Lucknow, Gaurav drives digital ideation and strategy at RDX. His extensive experience and knowledge in marketing enables him to easily to put himself in the shoes of the consumer and therefore steer successful strategies. RDX also benefits immensely from his wealth of experience of nearly two decades in managing various businesses, especially online companies. Among his notable achievements rank the scaling up of Meritnation, one of the largest online education portals in India. He has also served as an Advisor at India Quotient Fund where he worked closely to scale up investments in the consumer-tech space.
Gaurav is the type who likes to challenge the status quo and will provoke you to think different and independently and set your sight to newer heights. Sending links regularly to the team to read inspirational stories of success, hear thought-provoking TED talks and see the difference passionate teams can make, he is our mentor rallying behind us to become better every day.
Outside of work, when he’s not writing or reading up on digital marketing and the latest trends, Gaurav spends his time indulging in his passion for 
Manisha brings over two decades of experience to the table and has been instrumental in making WyattPrism Communications, our parent concern, among India’s leading agencies for corporate reporting. Her incisive grasp of businesses across sectors and her ability to understand client mindset has helped WyattPrism develop a strong client and sectoral profile. Manisha also has a proven record for building high performance teams, driving organizational growth and increasing profitability.
A finance graduate with specialization in finance and management, Manisha’s role at WyattPrism and RDX has changed over time just like our service offerings. These days, she holds the helm in ensuring that both units are operating efficiently and sustainably while planning for future growth.
Outside of work, Manisha loves to spend her time reading books and travelling to new places to experience different cultures.
Rishikesh, popularly known as Rishi, brings inspiring perspective and brilliant originality to design. Rishi heads the creative department at RDX, setting the tone and direction for our team of designers and developers. He loves bringing his creations to life across all mediums: Digital, Multimedia and Print. In his creative career spanning five years, he has impressed brands like Dharma Productions, Lifebuoy and Mumbai Indians with his designs, which speaks volumes about his abilities and potential.
Being typical is absolutely not Rishi’s style, as reflected in his work and pursuits. He is inspired by renowned Israelian Graphic Designer Noma Bar, who aims for 'maximum communication with minimal elements. Seafood is Rishi’s weakness and to burn off the extra calories, he is ever ready to go hiking. He also enjoys going on late-night drives on the Mumbai-Worli Sea Link.
A competent professional with an MBA degree from Liverpool John Moores University, Radhika has donned multiple hats during her professional career of over 10 years. She has rich experience in Project Management, Digital Marketing, Client Servicing, CMS Operations and Team Handling. At RDX, Radhika interprets and executes the strategic plan and ensures the deliverables meet client expectations, timelines and budget. At our office, there is never a dull moment for her as she effortlessly slips from one role to another to excel at maintaining client relationships.
Supercharged by her motto ‘My life, my rules’, normal is just not Radhika’s style. When she is not crushing deadlines, she is always up for trying new experiences. Her obsession with traveling stems from this spirit of adventurism, with just a few more countries left in her bucket list of travel.
Yasar is a 360º communications professional with diverse experience in providing end-to-end solutions for digital marketing. He heads the Mumbai office for RDX, bringing enthusiasm and energy to the entire team by eating, sleeping, living and breathing digital marketing himself. Unbelievably hardworking and devoted to client servicing, he has successfully managed several marquee clients for RDX including India Infoline, Finolex, [AffordPlan, IIFL, Johnson&Johnson, Kotak Mahindra, Grasim].
It’s a great thing for RDX that Yasar enjoys working in fast-paced environment. He fits perfectly with our culture of being a passionate and a closely-knit team. When he is not busy creating exceptional client experiences, you can count on him to do something crazy or play a prank to diffuse tensed atmospheres and liven up the workplace.
An MBA from Manipal University, Vikash is our rock star Account Director. He thrives on challenges and the continual back and forth his role demands. He performs marketing and strategy retainer work for our growing roster of clients including Apollo Hospitals, India Infoline, Nandu’s Chicken, Indus Motors and others. Always on his toes to meet targets and strengthen client relationships, Vikash is also an invaluable asset for driving business development at RDX.
Prior to joining our organisation, he has worked at Diageo, in the Indian film industry at Bollywood, and also has good exposure to the television space; this background along with his forte in creative ideation helping him to hit the ground running at managing accounts.
Drama and dance are in Vikash’s DNA. When celebrating events and achievements at office, Vikash is our lead dancer, inspiring many more to take the floor. He is also passionate about cooking and serving our growing tribe his delicious fare. Truly a people’s person, we are so glad to have Vikash in our team.
Chief Technology Officer
Tech-nerd Surajit is an Electronics Engineer with a Master’s degree in Computer Science and an alumnus of IIM Kolkata. He has a depth of industry experience having driven complex solutions for diverse companies in their tech automation transformation journey. In his career spanning almost two decades, he has supervised and contributed in several large, multi-million collaborative research and innovation projects targeting virtualization and federated cloud research, large scale distributed system management, data-center automation, at-scale monitoring, containers & serverless technologies, and enterprise solutions like SAP, Oracle and MS payloads among several others.
Surajit has also founded companies in India in Ed-tech, Med-tech and e-tail products in cloud technology and billing space. A serial entrepreneur himself, he is well aware of relentless focus that is needed for a successful venture.
As the Chief Technology Officer at RDX, Surajit is helping us to build and use technology better and smarter at work. When not busy cracking the code at RDX, Surajit enjoys teaching to aspiring minds on areas such as digital transformation and cyber security. He is a regular visiting instructor at NIFT, Delhi.
Director – Media & New Initiatives
Vipin brings with him 15 years of experience in the digital marketing ecosystem where he has delivered quality outcomes for companies of all sizes ranging from start-ups to large MNCs. A dynamic marketer, he has built meaningful connections between a brand and consumers through the strategic use of data and technology. Over the course of his career, he has embraced a wide variety of roles including client servicing, delivery, consumer journey mapping, growth and retention. He also has rich industry exposure covering telecom, technology, e-commerce, finance, hotels and travel sectors.
At RDX, Vipin tracks, budgets, analyzes and optimizes all paid media buys and campaigns led by the ultimate goal to maximize client success. He also spends his time crafting and implementing new digital initiatives to meet client objectives.
Vipin’s arsenal of knowledge is superlative; on many an occasion it is even intimidating! He uses this weapon strategically to declare that it’s his way or the highway (luckily, it works to our advantage). In his free time, he loves to indulge in playing snooker.
Rohit helps us to create epic websites for our clients. He follows the 4Ws - Why, Who, What and When – when it comes to the website development. Grounded in his approach but ready to pick up any challenge, he is the warrior of our team. In fact, since day one at RDX, he has always taken ownership of anything that has been thrown at him. Prior to joining our organization, he has worked at , where he has led in the roles of . He holds a Bachelor’s (Honours) degree in Commerce from Delhi University. His tech expertise stems from his Master Diploma in Software Engineering and the extensive courses he has completed covering Oracle 8i and Java.
Passionate about giving back, Rohit always find time for social work. His firm belief in the law of karma also inspires him to do good for others. He has an amazing family and especially loves spending time with his daughter.
Delivery Head – Media
Nikhil brings a wealth of knowledge in digital marketing to RDX. A seasoned internet marketing professional with a decade of industry experience, he specializes in paid media e-campaigns across platforms. He has worked for clients across sectors ranging from travel to banking to real estate. Extremely driven, Nikhil wakes up every day to help his clients succeed and his team grow. He holds a Bachelor’s (Honours) degree in Commerce from Delhi University and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from IMI Belgium.
Nikhil has insatiable hunger for new technology (and Mughlai and Chinese food). Any interesting technology that comes on the scene will be researched, analysed and adopted by Nikhil first at office. Same practice is applied for his much-loved food dishes. He is also passionate about sports, especially football, and will be found cheering the loudest for his favourite team Arsenal F.C. when it takes the field at the Premier League.
